These are good blades. They fit right on the Oster A5 golden clipper I bought (securely). The one that came with it, I think it's a 10 shaves the dog down to the skin. This one leaves about a 1/2 inch coat. I use the 3F to cut him all over than I use the 10 on his belly and anywhere else I want him cut close.......his feet, snout, ears, etc. These blades stay cool to the touch. The clippers have to get very hot for these to even start getting warm.
