My friend gave me her Furminator to try and it took out tons of hair from my long haired kitty. I went to Walmart to see what they carried and this "FurBuster" was the only available tool that was similar. It looks the same but doesn't come close to the wonderful job the Furminator did. Also, the cat didn't like this one at all. He even bit me! He tolerated the Furminator much more than this Furbuster. I will be returning this tomorrow and will be purchasing the Furminator tonight.
