Lowest Price Canine Soft Claws Nail Caps Xlg Natural

These worked as advertised, but didn't last as long as advertised. I have 2 large dogs (boxers) and the caps were beginning to wear through within the first week. These are not active dogs either. Shamefully for me, they stay inside most of the day and don't get walked very often (i'm working on it). Also a couple of the caps fell off within the first week. Finally, and most importantly, a couple of my dogs's paws were getting irritated around the area where the nail meets the paw. Maybe I used too much glue or the caps were too long, but I used them as directed and the glue seeped out of the top of the cap and hardened on some of the paw hair. I had to remove a couple of the caps. I cut some new ones in half and reapplied with very little glue. This seems to be working. Speaking of removal....this was also quite a task. Imagine removing something that is super-glued to your fingernail. Very hard to do and not a pleasant experience for the dog. Overall, I would say that they do the job that they are intended to do. My floors have not been scratched since the dogs have had them on. However, I think based on the price, they are not worth it. I may try to buy some small vinyl caps from the hardware store and some fingernail glue and see if that works.Get more detail about Canine Soft Claws Nail Caps Xlg Natural.
