This is a good brush for short-haired cats. The rubber makes it easy to grip, and the larger size gives you a better coverage area than tiny cat brushes. The fur is removed quite easily with strokes in the direction of the fur growth. It removes a good amount of fur. I recommend this as an alternative to the Zoom Groom, which is a nice product, but it doesn't actually remove much hair.
