Just bought this at a big box store and it is horrible. I have never written a review before but I hate this product so much that I had to warn people. This thing has no power and it stops and starts constantly. Plus the file that it comes with filed down to nothing after a couple of minutes. We have 4 large dogs, I need something that is fast so my poor dogs don't have to try and be patient while this thing barely files away any nail.
