You just pull out one damp tissue (which is all you need for one cat), and stroke it gently down your cat wherever he or she is oily or soiled. It has aloe in the tissue, has a nice scent, dries quickly, and leaves the fur very soft and clean. The cats don't seem to mind too much, and if they lick the treated fur it doesn't seem to bother them at all. So it seems to be a safe formulation.
